Every listing states the exact pack size, SKU, HSN classification and applicable GST rate. Seeds are supplied in sealed, labelled packs in accordance with the Seeds Act, 1966, the Seeds (Control) Order, 1983 and the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
How we work
We keep the buying process deliberately plain, because agricultural buyers have been let down by vague listings for a long time.
- Stated pack sizes. Weight or seed count is on the listing, not buried in fine print.
- Published prices. The price you see is the price you pay. We absorb payment gateway fees and never add a convenience charge.
- Published shipping rules. Prepaid orders ship free; Cash on Delivery carries a flat ₹50 handling charge, shown before you pay.
- Pre-dispatch checks. Orders are picked, checked and packed within 1 to 3 working days, with live plants routed early in the week to shorten transit.
- Tickets, not black holes. Every support request gets a ticket ID and a written response.
What we will not claim
We will not promise you a germination percentage or a yield we cannot control. Once a seed leaves our facility, the outcome depends on your soil, your climate, your sowing method and your crop management. What we do guarantee is that the variety, quantity and condition you receive match what you ordered — and if they do not, our Returns & Refund Policy puts it right.
Buying for a business
Farms, nurseries, landscapers and resellers can register an optional business profile to receive GST tax invoices in their business name and to discuss bulk pack requirements with our team.
