1. Cancelling before dispatch
You may cancel any order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Since orders are picked and packed within 1 to 3 working days, please raise the request as early as you can.
To cancel: open Track order, find your order and submit a support request choosing "Cancellation request". You may also email support@buyvorastores.online quoting your order number.
2. After dispatch
- Once a parcel has left our facility it cannot be recalled. You may instead refuse delivery at the door, or return the item under our Returns & Refund Policy where it qualifies.
- For prepaid orders refused at delivery, we refund the full amount once the parcel is received back at our facility and checked.
3. Refund of a cancelled order

4. Partial cancellation
You may cancel individual lines from a multi-item order before dispatch. The remaining items ship as normal and the cancelled lines are refunded. If a partial cancellation takes a prepaid order below a threshold that affected its shipping treatment, we absorb the difference — we will not bill you for it afterwards.
5. Cancellation by Buyvora
We may cancel an order, before or after payment, where:
- the item is out of stock or the seed lot fails our pre-dispatch quality check;
- the delivery address is outside our courier partners' serviceable network;
- the price or product description was published with a manifest error;
- payment is declined, reversed or flagged by the payment gateway;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse or a bad-faith order.
In every such case we notify you by email and refund any amount collected in full. We do not charge a cancellation fee in any circumstance.
6. Subscriptions and standing orders
Buyvora does not currently operate any subscription, auto-renewal, recurring-billing or standing-order product. No mandate is ever registered against your card, bank account or UPI ID. Every purchase is a one-time transaction that you authorise individually.
