These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and BUYVORA PRIVATE LIMITED ("Buyvora", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Website and the purchase of any products listed on it. By browsing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder. They do not require any physical or digital signature to be enforceable.

1. Eligibility to transact

• You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• If you are transacting on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity.
• We currently ship only to addresses within India. Orders with a delivery address outside India cannot be accepted.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at registration and at checkout, and to keep it updated. Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete delivery details may be delayed, returned or cancelled.
• A business verification profile (PAN / GSTIN) is entirely optional and is only required if you want GST tax invoices issued in your business name. It is never a condition of browsing, registering or checking out.
• We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used for fraud, payment abuse, resale misrepresentation, or repeated abuse of our returns policy. Where we do so, we will tell you why.

3. Products, listings and descriptions

• Buyvora sells seeds, saplings, live plants and allied agricultural inputs. Each listing states the product title, variant or pack size, SKU, HSN code and applicable GST rate.
• Product photographs are representative. Natural variation in colour, size, seed coat and plant form is inherent to agricultural produce and is not a defect.
• Seeds are sold subject to the Seeds Act, 1966, the Seeds (Control) Order, 1983 and applicable state rules. Packaged commodities are labelled in accordance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
• We take reasonable care to describe products accurately but do not warrant that every description is entirely free of typographical or clerical error. Where an error is material, we will contact you before dispatch.
• Listing a product does not guarantee availability. If an ordered item is unavailable after you have paid, we will cancel that line and refund it in full.

5. Pricing

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page. The GST rate applicable to each item is shown on its listing.
• Shipping and handling charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
• Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
• If a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full. We will not charge you the corrected price without your consent.

6. Orders and acceptance

• Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch it.
• We may decline or cancel an order — before or after payment — where the item is out of stock, the delivery address is not serviceable, payment is not authorised, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. Any amount already collected is refunded in full.
• Order status is available at any time from the Track order page using your order number and the email address used at checkout.

7. Payments

• Online payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner. Buyvora does not collect, view or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or any other payment authentication data.
• Cash on Delivery is offered on eligible PIN codes for orders up to ₹20,000, and carries a flat handling charge of ₹50. Prepaid orders ship free.
• If an amount is debited but your order does not confirm, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5 to 7 working days. Write to support@buyvorastores.online with the transaction reference and we will pursue it with the gateway on your behalf.
• Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may delay resolution. Please raise a support ticket first — it is almost always faster.

8. Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellation

Delivery timelines, return eligibility, refund processing times and cancellation rights are set out in detail in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Those documents form part of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any Indian law or regulation;
• place fraudulent, speculative or bad-faith orders, including orders placed with the intention of refusing delivery;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, other users' accounts, or our servers and networks;
• use automated tools to scrape, mirror, overload or interfere with the Website;
• upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that contains malicious code;
• resell or redistribute products in a manner that misrepresents their origin, variety or lot.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including the Buyvora name and logo, page design, product photography, copy, graphics and software — is owned by or licensed to BUYVORA PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation requires our prior written permission.

11. Third-party links and services

The Website may link to or rely on third-party services, including our payment gateway and courier partners. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites. Your use of a payment gateway is additionally governed by that provider's own terms.

12. Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order.
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, including loss of crop, loss of profit, loss of expected yield, or loss of business opportunity.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BUYVORA PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, officers, employees and agents against any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party right.

14. Force majeure

We shall not be considered in breach of these Terms for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, flood, drought, epidemic or pandemic, strike, riot, act of government, failure of telecommunications or courier networks, or disruption of transport infrastructure.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The amended version takes effect when published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Orders are governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time the order was placed. Your continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the consumer's statutory right to approach a consumer forum having jurisdiction over their place of residence, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.
