1. Currency and price display
All prices on buyvorastores.online are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless the product page states otherwise. The GST rate for each item is shown on its listing alongside the HSN code.
2. Price range
Product prices on the Website currently range from approximately ₹50 to ₹5,000 per pack, depending on category, variety and pack size. Every price is displayed on the product listing, in the cart and again in the checkout summary before you authorise payment.
3. Taxes
- GST is charged at the statutory rate applicable to each product's HSN classification. Many seed varieties attract a 0% GST rate; where this applies it is marked on the listing.
- A GST tax invoice is issued for every order. Business customers who have completed the optional business verification receive invoices carrying their GSTIN.
- BUYVORA PRIVATE LIMITED is registered under GSTIN 27ADWPO3971H1ZT.

There are no hidden charges. The "Payable now" figure shown in the checkout summary is the exact amount that will be debited.
5. Payment methods we accept
- UPI — all UPI apps and VPAs
- Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express
- Net banking — all major Indian banks supported by our gateway
- Cash on Delivery — on eligible PIN codes, for orders up to ₹20,000
We do not accept cheques, demand drafts, cryptocurrency or direct bank transfers to any personal account. Any request you receive asking you to pay Buyvora into a personal account is fraudulent — please report it to support@buyvorastores.online immediately.
6. How payment data is handled
Card, UPI and net-banking credentials are captured directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway on its own secure infrastructure. Buyvora never sees, transmits or stores your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or net-banking password. We retain only the gateway's transaction reference, the amount, the method and the status — enough to confirm your order, issue an invoice and process a refund.
7. Payment confirmation
Every online payment is verified server-side against the gateway before an order is marked as paid. A payment is treated as successful only when the gateway independently confirms it — a browser redirect alone is never sufficient. This protects both you and us against tampered or replayed payment responses.
8. Failed and pending payments
- If your payment fails, no order is created and no amount should be captured.
- If an amount is debited but the order does not confirm, it is normally auto-reversed by your bank within 5 to 7 working days.
- If it has not reached you in that time, email support@buyvorastores.online with the date, amount and transaction reference and we will trace it with the gateway on your behalf.
9. Refunds
Refunds are always credited back to the original payment method. Timelines by method are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
10. Invoices
A GST invoice is generated for every order and can be requested at any time by emailing support@buyvorastores.online with your order number.
