2. Agricultural outcomes
Seeds, saplings and live plants are biological products. Germination, establishment, growth, flowering and yield depend on soil type, soil health, climate, rainfall, irrigation, sowing depth and timing, storage conditions, fertiliser and pest management, and local agronomic practice. These variables are entirely outside our control once a product leaves our facility. Buyvora therefore does not warrant any particular germination percentage, survival rate, yield, quality of produce or commercial return beyond the statutory declarations printed on the product label under the Seeds Act, 1966 and the Seeds (Control) Order, 1983.
3. Not professional advice
Any cultivation guidance, sowing suggestion, seasonal note or growing tip published on the Website is general in nature and is not a substitute for professional agronomic advice tailored to your land, soil test results and local conditions. Please consult your state agriculture department, a Krishi Vigyan Kendra or a qualified agronomist before making significant planting decisions.
4. Product images and variation
Product photographs are representative and are intended to show the variety rather than the exact item you will receive. Natural variation in colour, size, shape, seed coat and plant form is inherent to agricultural produce. Screen calibration also affects how colours appear. Such variation is not a defect and is not a ground for return.
5. Regulatory compliance
Certain seed varieties, plant species and agricultural inputs are subject to state-specific restrictions, quarantine rules or licensing conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order may lawfully be purchased, transported, sown and cultivated in your state and district. We will cancel and refund any order we cannot lawfully fulfil.
